We're looking for dedicated dance coaches/teachers to join our Arise Family for 2025-2026! 

What Arise is looking for in a great Dance Teacher/Coach :

1) Passion for Educating-Their enthusiasm is contagious. They not only love to dance but genuinely love teaching others and watching their students grow—emotionally, technically, and artistically.

2) Communication Skills- A great dance teacher can clearly explain movement, give constructive feedback, and adjust their communication style based on the student’s age and ability. They balance discipline with encouragement to build trust and understanding.

3) Professionalism- They arrive on time, have lesson plans or choreography ready, and uphold the studio's values. They model discipline, respect, and a strong work ethic for their students.

4) Patience- Every dancer learns differently and at their own pace. A great teacher is patient and can adapt their teaching style, choreography, and energy to meet the unique needs of each student or class.
